About
Previously a Project Designer at commercial architecture & interiors firms, ENV & Wirt Design Group, Natalia Garcia is a multifaceted creative now focusing on what’s most important to her in life: Her family & friends, happiness, & helping others.
After graduating from the Art Institute of California - Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, Natalia transitioned into her role at ENV. There she was responsible for the space planning, FF&E selection, & construction documents of multiple projects. After almost 3 years, work slowed down & Natalia moved to a new position at Wirt Design Group in Downtown LA. There she help kickstart & maintain Wirt’s social media presence, managed the resource library, assisted with various administrative tasks, & worked collaboratively with other designers in the office to complete multiple projects from start to finish. After 2 more years of a bustling work schedule, Natalia struggled with symptoms of burnout and made the difficult decision to resign from her position.
Since then she has started a Youtube channel, Project Burnout, documenting her road to recovery. And uses her design background to help raise money for The Arthritis Foundation, an organization that advocates and provides resources for the 54 Million Americans battling Arthritis, who are also at a higher risk for COVID-19.
In between these endeavors, Natalia makes time to connect with family and friends and assists with the family business, Popnography Publishing & Licensing.
